Divisadero Street and Washington Street, San Francisco, CA
Completed 2012
2042 square foot condominium gut-remodel
The concept behind the Pacific Heights Renovation was to maintain the Victorian style and feeling in this pre-1906 earthquake Pacific Heights building, while adding modern conveniences and some stylistic accents. Dark, rick colors give the unit an older feel and its original classical columns were re-conditioned by a plaster expert. The clients were involved heavily in the interior design, in many cases requesting specific built-in installations for art pieces and other knick-knacks they had acquired in their lifetimes.
