Strata Designs offers the service of Owner’s Representative to facilitate the building process as an advocate for the owner.

It is our goal to keep the best interests of the owner in mind when navigating the Design, Bidding, and Construction Process. The Owner’s Representative role varies depending on the project, but the concept remains the same — to be there throughout the process representing the client, and to achieve the best results possible.
