Casa Mertens is a 2-unit vacation home located in the South Beach neighborhood of La Ventana, BCS, Mexico. The concept was to create a larger main unit upstairs, with spacious terraces and views. The lower level accessory unit is a guest suite complete with a kitchen and bath. The units have separate entrances offering both privacy and flexibility. A finished roof terrace with firepit and seating offers amazing views of both the Sea of Cortez to the East, and the Cacachilas Mountains to the West.
