Modern Infill in Mission District is a speculative project built next to Saint Paul’s Catholic Church in Noe Valley (this church was featured in the movie “Sister Act”). The concept was to reinvent a dilapidated three-story studio as a modern design that fit well into the scale and concept of the neighborhood. The result is a fresh face on the street that blends into the older structures nearby.
