Courtyard House is a speculative development project located in El Sargento, just south of Playa Agua Caliente. The concept was to provide two complete bedroom suites, separated by the indoor living areas and outdoor areas for privacy. Passive shading and cooling concepts add value to the living areas and a large outdoor shaded courtyard in the front blurs the line between indoor and outdoor space. The master bedroom has a special private outdoor garden space or ‘secret garden’ with oversized glass, a feature usually reserved for much more expensive houses. This project was designed to check all the boxes that buyers want to experience the La Ventana lifestyle, including a garage for gear storage and plentiful outdoor living areas.
